Construction works at Cheltenham Quarter are progressing rapidly on site.

Works completed in May:

• Pre-cast panel installation for Warehouses 4-1 including the set out, install, patching and caulking.
• Structural steel installed for Warehouses 4-11 including set out and install for roof and mezzanine structures.
• Excavation and installation of main service runs including new tapping’s for water, sewer, electrical and fire services

Construction works are currently on track and due for completion Q4, 2024.
